We're based in Alexandria, about 13 miles from Tysons, and the Beltway puts the Tysons towers on our route most days. Same-day windows are most likely when you call in the morning; otherwise next-day is usual. We work Monday to Saturday 8 AM to 10 PM and Sunday 10 AM to 10 PM, and evening and weekend visits cost the same as weekday visits.

If the building also restricts contractor hours or requires the service elevator, tell us and we schedule inside those windows.

Most repairs on a stacked pair are done in place, but some need the pair pulled forward or the dryer lifted off the washer, which takes two people and some floor space in front of the closet. Have the model number handy; it is inside the fridge door, on the dishwasher door edge or on the dryer door frame. If only building maintenance can shut off the water or power to your unit, arrange that for the appointment window. Write down any error code even if the display has since cleared.

Call right away for an active leak, because a dishwasher or washer leaking in a tower runs into the ceiling below you; close the supply valve under the sink or behind the machine first. A burning smell, sparking, a glass cooktop zone that glows and will not switch off (turn the range off at the breaker), or a refrigerator that will not hold temperature also go to the front of the route. If you smell gas, leave the unit, do not touch any switches, and call 911 or the gas utility from outside. We do not offer 24/7 emergency service, but we book the earliest window on a 7-day schedule that runs to 10 PM.
