Booking & scheduling

No, and we prefer to be honest about it. We operate 7 days a week until 10 PM, which covers most urgent situations the same day or first thing the next morning.

Pricing & quotes

Yes. The technician diagnoses the problem first, explains the recommended repair, and gives you a full parts-and-labor quote before any work begins.

Cost depends on the appliance and the specific fault, which is why we diagnose first and quote before working. See our pricing page for the general framework and current coupons.

Yes — current offers include $20 off a first repair, $30 off for seniors, and percentage discounts on qualifying labor. Check the coupons page for what's active.

Service area

Washington, D.C., Northern Virginia (including Fairfax, Arlington and eastern Prince William counties) and nearby Maryland (lower Montgomery and Prince George's counties). See our locations for the full city list.

If your address is near a community we cover, we can often take the job when a route passes close. Call (771) 222-7117 and we'll confirm coverage directly.

Guarantees & what to expect

Eligible repairs include warranty-backed parts and labor. The exact terms depend on the repair and the parts used, and the technician will explain them before work begins.

Clear access to the appliance, note any error codes shown, avoid repeated resets, and keep pets away from the work area.

If a repair needs a part the technician doesn't carry, we explain the next step and the cost before ordering anything — nothing proceeds without your approval.

Landlords & property managers

Yes. We schedule directly with tenants, send the diagnosis and quote to the owner or manager for approval before any work, and can invoice the management office. See our property managers page.

Yes. Between tenants we can inspect, repair or install the appliance package in a single visit, and haul away any units being replaced.

Safety

Leave the appliance alone, don't operate any switches, leave the home, and call your gas utility's emergency line or 911 first. Book appliance service only after the utility has made the situation safe.
