Yes. We run 7 days a week — Monday to Saturday 8 AM to 10 PM and Sunday 10 AM to 10 PM — with no evening or weekend premium. See our evening & weekend repair page for details.

No, and we prefer to be honest about it. We operate 7 days a week until 10 PM, which covers most urgent situations the same day or first thing the next morning.

Yes. The technician diagnoses the problem first, explains the recommended repair, and gives you a full parts-and-labor quote before any work begins.

The diagnostic visit is $75 for a single appliance or $115 for a double unit (such as a double wall oven, washer-dryer combo or stacked laundry), and the fee is credited toward the repair if you approve the quote. Evening and weekend visits cost the same as weekday visits.

Yes. We install replacement dishwashers, ranges, cooktops, wall ovens, washers, dryers (including stacked pairs), refrigerators and microwaves. Gas hookups and haul-away of the old unit are included. We install what you purchased — we don't sell appliances.

No. We don't service small countertop items such as toasters, mixers or vacuums.
