Urgent problems we prioritize
Refrigerator or freezer down. Food safety runs on a clock. Keep the doors closed — a full freezer holds temperature for roughly 48 hours unopened — and book the earliest window. Tell us the unit is warm so dispatch treats it accordingly.
Active water leak. A washer or dishwasher leaking mid-cycle can damage floors fast, and on an upper level it threatens the ceiling below. Shut the supply valves behind the unit if you can reach them, then call.
No heat, no cooling. A furnace out on a January night or an AC down in an August heat wave is a comfort and safety issue, not an inconvenience. HVAC calls get the same evening and weekend coverage as appliances.
Electrical symptoms. An appliance that repeatedly trips the breaker, sparks or smells hot should be switched off at the breaker and left off until a technician checks it.
Safety first on gas: if you smell gas, do not operate switches, leave the home and call your gas utility's emergency line or 911 before anything else. Appliance service comes after the utility makes it safe.
Honest hours, real availability
Some companies advertise 24/7 and route you to an answering service. Our promise is narrower and real: technicians on the road Monday through Saturday 8 AM to 10 PM and Sunday 10 AM to 10 PM, with same-day windows when route capacity allows. An 8 PM Saturday booking is normal for us, not an exception — and it costs the same as a Tuesday morning visit.
Every visit follows the same process regardless of the hour: the technician diagnoses the problem, explains what happened and gives you a full parts-and-labor quote before any work begins.
