Our dishwasher was collecting water in the bottom when not running. Was able to get a same-day appointment, which was wonderful. Fuad even got to our house early, and he was very quick to diagnose the problem. He did not have the needed part with him, but was able to confirm he could get it that day offsite. So on a Friday afternoon, he was willing to run to his supplier to get what we needed and come back and install it. He was kind, courteous, cleaned up after his work, and was a pleasure to meet and talk with. Pricing was also reasonable, and certainly less than a new dishwasher. I will happily call him again when we have an issue with any appliance (which as much as I liked him, hopefully won’t be soon! 😂). Highly recommend.

So happy with my experience. Fuad the technician is amazing. I couldn’t be happier, he’s a great communicator and showed me all the steps he was taking to fix my washer. He explained to me the problem and how he was fixing it. He’s very polite and respectful and for the first time ever I didn’t feel like I’m getting ripped off as a female hiring a man. I really couldn’t be happier that this issue is fixed and off my hands for such a reasonable price. Bigger companies always send people that always give me ridiculous prices for basic jobs. I would definitely recommend this company. Fuad is probably one of the best I will definitely be using this company again for any other problems I have.

Super professional, kind and knowledgeable. Super fast. They are good at what they do and very flexible which is important when looking for someone to come fix your expensive equipment. They quoted me a very, very good price for installation of a new microwave and dishwasher. My house is old and had an issue and the guys were kind enough to drive to the home improvement store to find the part to fix the issue and professional enough not to ask/beg for more money. I have never seen any company in America or the DMV area be so generous and honest/upfront about the pricing. Normally they will change the price when an issue pops up. The technician, Fuad, and his assistant were super quick and knew very well what they were doing. The microwave was a breeze. Prompt, on time and I felt safe they knew what they're doing. Clean and organized and very friendly. I will call them again for any future issues. Pricing was very good. This is what you call a good company. Other companies should learn from them. Thanks!

I called Appliance Surgeon and told them about my refrigerator emergency and they managed to get Faud to take the appointment between 6-7PM. For starters Faud is efficient, pleasant and extremely patient. He called 15 minutes before he arrived. He identified and explained the problem, fixed it and cleaned up as quickly as possible. For a start to a bad day, Faud saved it.
I will definitely recommend their service to my friends.

Excellent service! My washer stopped working, and it was determined a door switch would fix the problem. The guys came out on a Saturday morning (perfect timing after my morning run and coffee but before I had to run errands for the day), called 15 minutes before arriving, fixed the problem in less than 20 minutes, and left a clean workspace! My insurance covered the cost. Nothing is more appreciated than a quickly fixed problem on such a necessary appliance!
