Yes, same-day and next-day appointments are available when route capacity is open. Booking early in the day gives the best chance of a same-day window. ### Are you open evenings and weekends? Yes. We run 7 days a week — Monday to Saturday 8 AM to 10 PM and Sunday 10 AM to 10 PM — with no evening or weekend premium. We operate 7 days a week until 10 PM, which covers most urgent situations the same day or first thing the next morning. ## Pricing & quotes ### Do you provide a price before the repair starts? Yes. The technician diagnoses the problem first, explains the recommended repair, and gives you a full parts-and-labor quote before any work begins. ### Is there a diagnostic fee? The diagnostic visit is $75 for a single appliance or $115 for a double unit (such as a double wall oven, washer-dryer combo or stacked laundry), and the fee is credited toward the repair if you approve the quote.
